We're aware of ongoing issues with our phone lines

If you are having issues selecting an option when calling us, please stay on the line. You will still hear the options twice and then be added to the queue to speak to one of our colleagues who will be happy to help. If you can select an option, you should do this as normal.

Calls from most mobile networks and landlines are still connecting fine.

We are still working hard to get this fixed and have the phone lines back up and running as normal.
