The list of investment programmes for our properties this year includes:

• painting the outside of our properties
• replacing windows
• replacing roofs
• replacing kitchens and bathrooms
• rewiring
• renewing canopies
• improving and demolishing garages
• making properties more energy efficient, including insulating lofts, which is part-funded through the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund
• installing fire safety equipment to high-rise blocks
• replacing the district heating system in Washington
• replacing communal boilers in Lakeside Village
• replacing fire alarms
• repairing chimneys
