Keelman Rise is our new housing development in the Downhill area of Sunderland.

All properties have been let, but we will advertise any that become available through our online housing register.

About the development

The development, built by Equans, has 48 two- and three-bedroom houses and 8 two-bedroom bungalows. It has views of Penshaw Monument and the River Wear and is proudly named after the city’s famous ship building heritage.

The Equans site team, local volunteers, and Gentoo staff picked litter from the green space surrounding the development to support the environment.

A postcode to use to search the nearby area is SR5 4DJ.
