We have created brand new property roles to continue to transform the services we provide for our customers.
The brand-new job roles come as we launch our ambitious new property strategy and are part of our wider plan as we are embarking on a £250 million five year investment plan to modernise our existing homes.
To roll out the strategy successfully, we are looking for people with experience in and out of the housing sector to join our property team. The roles on offer include:
Assistant Director - Asset Strategy and Data, Assistant Director - Planned Investment and Commercial, Head of Support Services (Property Maintenance), Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and an Operations Manager role.
Marc Edwards, Executive Director of Property, said: “We’re delighted to share the plans for property and how we want to transform the services for our customers. 99% of our homes have had a physical stock condition and energy survey, which puts us in a really strong position.
Our colleagues working in Property are committed to putting our customers at the heart of everything they do, and we are looking for people to join the team to help us continue our journey.”
We are currently the biggest Housing Association who has achieved the brand new C1 rating of consumer regulations from the Regulator of Social Housing.
Alongside this achievement, we have recently been certified a Great Place To Work after investing in our colleagues and the culture within the organisation.
