Cost of Living survey 2023 to 2024

At the end of 2023, we asked our customers how they were feeling about the cost of living. More than 4,900 customers took part in the survey and it really helped us understand how best we can offer additional support.

After gathering last year’s results, we have provided more than £123,000 in crisis funding, recruited additional support in our Money Matters team, referred a number of customers to foodbanks, organised a pre-loved school uniform collection, donated hundreds of gifts, essential food and toiletry hampers, supported the opening of a new digital health hub with free access to laptops and wi-fi, to name a few!

We’ve put together some of the issues that our customers suggested they were struggling with last year and included information from recent changes that the government have made.

We'll be sending out another survey this week to find out how we can further support our customers. Please take the time to fill this in and let us know how we can help.
