Over 200 customers enjoyed some festive family fun as they took their seats this weekend to watch the Sunderland Empire’s latest annual pantomime, Jack and the Beanstalk.
The ongoing partnership between ourselves and the Sunderland Empire, now in its fourth year, is a chance for customers and their families to enjoy what is always a hugely popular annual event at Sunderland’s historic theatre.
Customers who attended the event received a snack box and a selection box when arriving at the event to indulge in while watching the Pantomime.
The pantomime sponsored by Isoler, starring Emmerdale’s Matthew Wolfenden, the hilarious Miss Rory and the fabulous Tom Whalley is just one way Gentoo gives back to its customers during the festive season, through its ‘Your Gentoo Christmas’ campaign.
Deborah Howard, Electrician at Gentoo who welcomed customers to the Empire, said: “It’s a privilege to get the opportunity to invite our customers to the pantomime so they can have a fun day out with the family.
“It’s just really important to us all at Gentoo to be able to give back at this time of year and hopefully we give them a magical experience they’ll never forget.”
One Gentoo customer who attended the show, said: “We had an awesome time at the Pantomime and we’d like to say a massive thank you to Gentoo for inviting us along.”
