Within this role you will play a vital part in keep our neighbourhoods and communal areas clean and tidy for our customers to enjoy. You will be required to work with minimum supervision both independently and as part of a wider team. We are currently recruiting for a General Maintenance Employee (GME) to join the growing Electrical team; it is essential you hold a full UK drivers’ licence to be considered for this position. The role will require you to carry out routine inspections and checks on essential safety systems and associated ancillary equipment, keeping Gentoo Group compliant for fire and electrical safety. As a good communicator you will have the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of teams and colleagues within Gentoo, external contractors, stakeholders and our materials supply partner, Jewson and have an ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
