We report our progress to our Group Board every quarter and publish the performance on our website so our customers can understand how we are performing and hold us to account.

Tenant Satisfaction Measures
Tenant Satisfaction Measures are required by the Regulator of Social Housing to measure our performance as a landlord. We are working with IFF Research who are doing surveys for us so you can share your opinions and views on our services.
