We have created over 350 apprenticeship opportunities since 2001, with over 90% successfully completing their apprenticeship with us. You will benefit from a combination of hands-on working opportunities and off-site training while studying toward a formal qualification in your chosen career.
Our roles also come with a generous 31 days holiday, excellent terms and conditions and a company pension scheme. Apprenticeship recruitment is reviewed annually, and opportunities will normally be advertised at the beginning of each calendar year.
To ensure our customers are at the heart of everything we do, we will prioritise applications from our customers and young people leaving care. If they meet the relevant entry criteria, they will be guaranteed an interview, however, applications are open to everyone over the age of 16.

We follow the UK apprenticeship standards for qualifications and we are taking advantage of the recent changes to remove GCSE entry requirements for applicants over 19 where appropriate.

Applying is simple, you will just need to complete the questions on our online application form—no CV required.
Top tip:
Take your time when filling out your application—there’s no need to rush! You can save your progress and go back to complete it any time before the closing date by logging back into your account

- Take your time and give us as much detail as you can in your answers. This helps us get to know you better and understand why you’re a great fit for the apprenticeship you’re applying for
- Ensure you complete your application on time – unfortunately, we are unable to accept any applications after 30 May 2025
- Once you have entered your details, you will see the questions that help us get to know you better. Please provide full responses and include the required information. If possible, try to expand on your answers rather than using one-word responses
- Before submitting your application, review your responses to ensure they are clear and complete. If needed, consider using spell-check tools or asking someone to help you proofread
- Before submitting, review your personal details to ensure they are accurate. We use this information to contact you, so it’s important everything is correct
- All applications submitted by the closing date, 30th May 2025, will be carefully reviewed by an independent panel
