Wellspring Park is our new housing development in the Town End Farm area of Sunderland.
About the development
The development, built in partnership with Equans, will have 71 two-, three- and four-bedroom houses , two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom bungalows.
Most of the properties will be available for affordable rent, and some will be available for Shared Ownership.
The homes at Wellspring Park will have sustainable technology, including:

- smart meters
- solar panels
- full-fill cavity wall insulation
- electrical vehicle charging points
The development is currently under construction and the first properties will be ready during the summer of 2024. The whole development is due to be complete by early 2025.
