We do our very best to keep everything in perfect working order for our customers. But we do need you to tell us if there’s anything that needs our attention. Please let us know of any repairs as soon as possible so that work can be arranged.
Our dedicated team of repairs and maintenance staff is always on hand to help, 365 days a year. In addition, we will always ensure that every property is kept in good repair, including the structure and outside.
We understand that some repairs are urgent and we aim to respond within one working day of an emergency repair being reported. Our emergency repair service line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
